Philip is a film editor residing in Encino, California. He loves art, particularly movies, music, and photography (especially 3D photography). He was president of the Stereo Club of Southern California from 2002-4, which is dedicated to the pursuit of stereo (3-D) photography since 1955. Check out la3dclub.com He enjoys running and has run 10 marathons, including the Los Angeles Marathon, which he annually trains for with the LA RoadRunners from August until the marathon in March. He was raised Jewish, but is more spiritual than religious in nature. He keeps a vegetarian diet.
Philip is named after his Pops, as they lovingly referred to Frank Koplin, who's orginally name was Morie Kaplan. Frank Koplin is his great grandfather, and the father of his grandmother, Shirley. Philip Mark is named after Meyer Reizner, who is his great grandfather and the father of his grandfather Harry Reizner.
